Brilliant Corners
The room
On Kingsland Road, brothers Amit and Aneesh Patel brought food, natural wine and record collectors together at Brilliant Corners. The musical roots reach into London’s Beauty and the Beat and Lucky Cloud parties, connecting the bar to a culture of selectors and shared listening.
The hi-fi system belongs to the same idea as the kitchen and wine list: each gives people a reason to gather and spend an evening in the room.

Sound system
Browse this venue’s gear ↗Vintage Klipschorns form the basis of Brilliant Corners’ evolving system. Their folded-horn architecture and high sensitivity are central to the design, while the founders describe gradual upgrades and ongoing adjustment as part of operating the room. The installation is an evolving collection rather than a fixed original specification.
