A Sumiko cartridge is fitted to the Pro-Ject EVO listening deck. The cartridge model remains unspecified.
Listening turntable: EVO with Sumiko cartridge; cartridge model unspecified (Pro-Ject / Sumiko)
Inside the system
Three speaker pairs serve different areas: KEF R3s at the front listening line, JBL L82s at the bar and KEF LS50s at the rear. NAD C-3050 and Parasound amplification support the installation, with a Pro-Ject EVO and Sumiko cartridge for vinyl playback and an Ecler WARM2 rotary mixer for selectors.
The layout distributes the programme across several positions with separate pairs for the front, bar and rear. Curtains and upholstery form part of the room finish, linking the coverage plan with the listening environment.
Sumiko equipment is recorded in this venue’s system. This does not imply that the manufacturer designed or installed the system.
Cartridges: Blue Point No. 3 High
Inside the system
Suspended 14-faced Listude loudspeakers form the installation’s most distinctive element. Built in Hokuto, Japan, their geometric enclosures hang above the counter; the exact model and any custom specification are unconfirmed.
Dynakit Mark III amplification and a McIntosh MX110 valve preamplifier accompany a Clearaudio Concept Wood turntable with a Sumiko Blue Point No. 3 High cartridge. A vintage Meridian CD player adds a digital physical-media source, though its model is unspecified. The combination brings valve electronics, vinyl and CD playback into the same compact listening space.
