Audio Note (UK) makes valve electronics and hi-fi components. Its amplifiers and preamplifiers were part of an early Los Angeles listening-bar installation.
Audio Note (UK) develops complete playback systems and keeps substantial component manufacture in house, including transformers and foil capacitors. Its history includes the OTO amplifier, introduced in 1991. The breadth of the range makes precise attribution important: an Audio Note amplifier in a venue does not imply that the rest of the installation is from the same manufacturer.
