The room
Founders JC and Vee bring experience in bars and music to a lounge inspired by time in Britain and travels in Japan and the United States. The location beneath Commercial Bay places it in the centre of Auckland.
The record selection draws on Vee’s own collection, while the whisky range includes bottles from JC’s. A custom bar, Champagne and cocktails complete the programme.
Sound system
Browse this venue’s gear ↗Tub’s Audio designed the bespoke high-fidelity system for Kemuri. Acoustic treatment is part of the room design. The venue does not name the loudspeaker model, so the installation is recorded as a custom system rather than assigned to a standard product.
