The room
Anima brings a café, restaurant and listening bar together on Berlin’s riverside. Coffee, seasonal dishes and signature cocktails give the room a rhythm beyond the evening listening session, with music woven into the everyday experience.
The programme extends across music, culture and food, while a custom hi-fi installation anchors the space. It is a place to settle into a selection rather than treat music as an afterthought.
Its online mix series offers another way into that musical world. Laura Fiore opens the series with ambient and jazz textures; Fanfarrosa of Marla Records follows with a five-hour journey through beats, downtempo and jazz. E-Talking’s four-hour recording captures a live Anima listening session, moving between ambient percussion, synth-pop, art rock, drum and bass, and jazz.
