L-Acoustics makes professional sound systems for performance spaces. Its presence here is in concert-room reinforcement rather than a venue’s separate domestic hi-fi system.
Design & approach
L-Acoustics was founded by Christian Heil around the application of physics to shared listening experiences. Alongside loudspeakers, its work includes system-design tools such as Soundvision. This wider engineering approach matters in installations where audience coverage, speaker placement and control are as important as the choice of cabinet.
